Commercial License & Usage Terms

Our Charlie-themed journals come with a Commercial Use License, allowing you to customize, rebrand, and personalize them using Canva. You can edit the templates by adding your own branding, colors, logos, and website links to create a unique, personalized version of the product. This final version is what you may sell or distribute.

However, you may NOT sell or share the original Canva templates or grant others access to them. Additionally, you cannot transfer resale rights or commercial usage rights to others. This means you may not offer these journals with any form of resale, private label, or small business license.

What You CAN Do with Charlie’s Journals

✅ Customize and create unlimited products for your personal use
✅ Sell your finalized, non-editable journals as PDFs (printables) on Etsy, Shopify, or your own website – limited to personal-use rights for your customers
✅ Sell completed, non-editable versions on Amazon or other self-publishing platforms

What You CANNOT Do with Charlie’s Journals

🚫 Do NOT sell or share the original Canva templates
🚫 Do NOT give others access to the editable Canva files
🚫 Do NOT upload or resell our products on marketplaces like Creative Fabrica, Design Bundles, etc.
🚫 Do NOT sell these journals as a service or gig on Fiverr or similar platforms
🚫 Do NOT use our brand name, website, or any related branding in your listings
🚫 These products do NOT include private label rights (PLR) or resale rights of any kind
🚫 You may NOT grant commercial or resale rights to your customers
